The Twinset brand was born from the idea of ​​Simona Barbieri, an Italian designer with long experience in the fashion sector. In 1987, together with her husband Tiziano Sgarbi, she founded the Simona Barbieri Srl brand with the aim of creating a new concept of contemporary femininity. The name "Twinset" was chosen to reflect the idea of ​​coordinating two items together, often a sweater and a cardigan, creating an elegant and sophisticated look. The Twinset collections stand out for their romantic and refined style, characterized by feminine details such as lace, embroidery, and fine fabrics.
